Been too busy to post, but been lurking!
Props for everyone trying to stay strong this holiday season and continuing to workout and all that fun stuff!
I DID get a workout in whilst I was in San Fran at a 24 Hour Fitness - It was arms and cardio that day.
The next day, I spent pretty much ALL day trapsing up and down and ALL OVER Haight, so… that’s cardio, right? :p
Lastly, I did get leg workout last night and some more...
I missed orientation today...
…now I can find a gym in the city and workout, FINALLY!

3 eggs, PERFECTLY over easy, all together
I’m just so proud of myself because I cooked all three in a pan together and it didn’t get messed up and no broken yokes… BEAUTIFUL.
Nom… and when the lil yokes broke, it tasted SO nom!

First:
1 can black beans, with the water it’s in
1 can chicken
simmer until water cooks down with taco seasoning
Then:
sautee peppers
3 over easy eggs
1/2 cup of above bean, chicken and taco seasoning mixture
Tapatio!
Mix all together and nom nom… and since I got up early to help my mom, it’s time to work on a new Gun Show workout and cardio!

Granted, I go to bed pretty late. Not for any particular reason… I just seem to get wrapped up in what ever I’m doing and the next thing I know, it’s 2 am.
But, even still going to bed that late… I seem to wake up just about every hour. If it’s not my dumb ass cat just walking around the house meowing for NO REASON, then I’m having zombie nightmares or…...
