Shut it! I SAID I needed the inspiration from others… which helped for our 1000 Step Beach CLIMB!!! :P
And… I know it’s only Day 4 and results take time… but I feel doughier than before… I know the muscles are there on my tum-tum… I just don’t feel improved until I can actually see them. STUPID stomach fat… GAH!!!
But I will take a deep breath and just up the cardio. Cardio EVERYDAY along with the Flat Abs Plan! Need to chill… need to stay positive… need to probably NOT go to the lake this Labor Day Weekend… boo…
Ahahahaha… let me first start off by sayin… that I have YET to go to bed and it is 5:30 in the morning… and my normal work alarm is going of right now. Ah, I should probably go to bed AFTER this! :P

So, cardio yesterday was actually quite a bit.
The first was my (test) of my water run training-y thing. I didn’t get to go for a run as SOMEONE was complaining about just walking on the beach… much less runnin on it! :P (But I still love you, bestie!)

We went down to Laguna Beach so we could climb 1000 Step Beach:


It was pretty killer, but Mad and I are determined to be able to BOOK-IT up ALL those stairs one day.
That climb was in the mornig, but later that night, Mad and I went to the Y for a run. I ran my hardest 5K… but I STILL hate running on the treadmil… so I think I might stick to my interval runnin’ whilst there.
All in all, I had a pretty kick butt cardio day! ^-^
Ok… bed now. I’ll post Day 5 later… as well as Day 6 AFTER I complete it! :P
Um… I think today went aiight. I didn’t get to squeeze in that Workout B circuit training abs-ness I wanted to do… but I did do cardio (as scheduled)… and it felt pretty kick ass!
Though… after hanging out with some old friends, who like to drink and make drinks, I feel doughy right night… at 11:32 in the pm… FAIL! :(
So, tomorrow WILL include Workout A (as scheduled) AND more cardio. Oh, not to mention the football game I’ll covering with my (2nd) job, and Lord knows how many caloroies that’ll burn… hopefully A LOT!
Come Saturday I’ll be with the family celebrating my Aunt’s b-day (same as my BESTIE’S b-day!!! ^-^… which was actually a few days ago…Ah… the Goat…) so… who knows when I’ll be workin’ out… at least until Monday.
But do ya’ll know what’s a week from Saturday…? MY GLADIATOR MUD RUN!!!!

Yes, yes… I know my cardio workouts are TRE lame compared to what I’ve done and what I’m capable of… but I’m trying to take it easy on my ankle. It will be f-ed up for the rest of my life, so best not jack it up more than I already have.
