Day 6 was 40 Min Cross Train so I did the elliptical again. And I had MUCH better results this time.
I must have picked a REALLY bad workout on the last elliptical workout I did because THIS time I burned over 400 hundred calories. I did an interval elliptical workout that went from resistance of 1 to 8 every two minutes. I LOVED it!!! ^-^
2nd try at elliptical = success!!!

And I am happy to say that I am STOKED I didn’t want to murder somthing whilst running! I pushed myself through the 20 mins when I wanted to stop at 10 mins and I felt fan-fucking-tabulous after words!

I wanted to do running again like on Thursday, but by the “end” of my week (Sunday, Monday) my ankle tends to want to die between being on my feet for hours on end at my two jobs. So, seeing as I have to be on my feet for 8 hours (again) today (Monday, 4/30), I thought I’d be a little gentler on my ankle.

I was supposed to do both the cardio and core together but with the damn bus schedule, I didn’t have enough time to do both. But I did do both, I just had to split up the workouts.

I had wanted to do interval sprints but the AWESOME cooks at my restaurant always make us more food after work, but I stayed way from the pasta and bread and ate ALL THE VEGGIES! So, I was just a little sluggish with the asparagus, cauliflower and salad. Instead I did the elliptical.
