10 minute ellipitical intervals. I wanted to do 30 mins but I had eaten so much at dinner I wanted to vomit. :p Oh, and I wanted to do 20 burpees each time but my legs wanted to give up by the 7th one.

I’m feelin mah abs today, legs were a little jelly like walking down the stairs. We’ll see how my arms feel when I get to work, gonna be liftin’ a lot of trays (I’m a server, we use LARGE trays). All in all, I’d say it was a great workout! ^-^

*I definitely need to buy a Bosu, I had to improvise… I used a stack of textbooks. Ah yeah, thinkin’ an mah toes! ^-^


*This was harder than I expected… but I got through it, with only a 5 pound weight though…

*I have NO balance so… I didn’t get through this one very well

There was one other routine in this workout that I didn’t get to because I couldn’t figure out how to improve the Bosu again. Anyway, I can definitely tell that I will be feeling this in may hamstrings tomorrow… OH RIGHT!
